Where Fishers Entertainment and Events Ltd is engaged to provide photography, videography, livestreaming, or film production:

• We retain ownership of our original recordings, project files, and production materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Clients receive the agreed deliverables as specified in the contract.

• We may use selected photographs or videos in our portfolio, website, or marketing materials unless the client requests confidentiality in writing before the event.
